Lose those Bulges

coolcurvesThis is a major dilemma of most women when buying clothes.  It is so unattractive to see these bulges protruding  when you wear your dress, top, shorts or pants. You have two solutions, the temporary or  the permanent. The temporary solution is to wear looser-fitting ( not tight) clothes or go for the larger size so you can hide the bulges.  This may cause dissatisfaction to you because the search for the right clothes might be longer and unending.  It limits your selection to the types of clothes you want to wear. There may be better or new styles out there that may not fit you well.  The problem with going up the next size, which is really not your size,  is that the other sections of the garment might be too big and you would look awkward in it. Different brands of clothing have different sizing.  Find the brand that fits you well.  The permanent solution is to EAT LESS & STOP THE SUGAR! We all love eating but sometimes we do this uncontrollably.  I myself have cravings for good food and have a sweet tooth and it is really hard to stop.  We don’t really need to fill up our stomach until we can’t breathe anymore.  I think that no matter how often you exercise and go to the gym but still continue to gobble up on food and sugar, you are not likely to lose the weight and the bulges. Keeping ourselves fit will lead us to a long, healthy & pizzazz life!
